In 2001, the NPES Board of Directors created an endowed scholarship fund with a contribution of $300,000 to the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation. The purpose of this endowed scholarship is twofold:

• to encourage bright young people to plan for careers in the industry and
• to benefit the employees of NPES member companies.

In awarding endowed scholarships, first consideration will be given to employees or children of employees of NPES members, enabling them to pursue studies in graphic communications and related fields. Applicants should indicate their NPES connection on the application form. Additional consideration will be given to graduates of PrintED accredited programs.

Applications must be postmarked by March 1st of each year for high school students and by April 1st of each year for college students.
